Terms of Use

1. Using LearnAdapt

LearnAdapt provides educational AI, learning analytics, research workflow, and app-generation tools for educators, learners, researchers, and institutional partners. You must use the platform only for lawful, ethical, educational, research, or administrative purposes.

2. Accounts and Roles

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for using the role assigned to you appropriately. Researchers, educators, learners, administrators, and app developers may have different permissions, data access, credits, and export rights.

You must not impersonate another user, share access in a way that bypasses project controls, or attempt to access data or tools outside your authorized role.

3. AI Outputs and Human Review

AI-generated explanations, feedback, dashboards, app code, and research summaries may contain errors or incomplete reasoning. Educators and researchers remain responsible for professional judgment, classroom suitability, research ethics, and human review before relying on outputs in teaching, assessment, publication, or decision-making.

4. Research Projects

Research projects must be configured with appropriate consent, participant information, data scope, export permissions, and institutional or ethics approvals where required. Researchers are responsible for ensuring that participant recruitment, data collection, analysis, and publication comply with the approvals and agreements that apply to their project.

Participants should review project information and consent choices before joining a research project. Optional research participation should not be confused with basic platform account creation.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not use LearnAdapt to harass others, collect unnecessary personal data, upload unlawful content, bypass safeguards, reverse engineer restricted systems, overload infrastructure, or create educational apps that are unsafe, discriminatory, deceptive, or inappropriate for their intended learners.

6. Generated Apps, Content, and Credits

Agentic Studio and related tools may help users create apps, learning activities, prompts, rubrics, feedback workflows, and research instruments. Generated artifacts should be reviewed before deployment. Platform credits, model access, and app publishing permissions may be limited by account role, project allocation, institutional agreement, or administrative approval.

7. Service Changes

LearnAdapt may update features, research workflows, data schemas, safety checks, available models, pricing or credit rules, and access controls as the platform evolves. We may suspend access where needed to protect users, data, infrastructure, or research integrity.
